Rubber-inked stamp. (Embosser optional and ONLY in addition to ink stamp seal) Required elements (in order): The words “Notarial Seal”, the Notary’s name as on the commission, “Notary Public”,
the name of the city / county in which the Notary holds office plus the date the notary’s commission expires. The notary stamp must also be surrounded by a border.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
