Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: The coat of arms of Ohio within a one inch circle and surrounded by the words, “Notary Public,” “Notarial Seal,” “Notary Public’s name,” and “State of Ohio.” The name of the Notary may, instead of appearing on the seal, be printed, typewritten, or stamped in legible, printed letters near the notary’s signature on each document signed by the notary public.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
