Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Rubber-inked stamp. Shape – round or rectangular. Required elements - state seal, name of Notary, commission expiration date, name of county where oath and bond are on file, commission number, ID assigned to the vendor, and the words “Notary Public.” The seal must have a serrated or milled edge border.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
An embosser is optional and may be used only in addition to the ink stamp seal.
